Is not wearing a seatbelt a tickatable offense? One of them sombitches pulled me over a few weeks ago for not wearing my seatbelt. Really chaps my ***. At least he didn't give me a ticket.
Yep, and it's ********.Is not wearing a seatbelt a tickatable offense?
Do we have that many? I see a few Hispanics here and there but it’s usually when someone is having their roof replaced.Kentucky State Police should be rounding up illegals.
You make a fine authoritarian. I've always worn them because they make a great deal of sense to me. I've never wished to tell others what they must do however. How can they logically allow motorcycles at all when comparing safety? They can't effectively use seat belts and even the helmet is optional. I have no problem with any of this as I believe in freedom to choose but there is definitely some contradiction in logic going on with the laws.In the year of our Lord 2025, if you are still dumb enough to not wear your damn seatbelt to stop yourself from a) flying through/into a windshield or b) becoming a human projectile in an accident, you deserve to get pulled over and ticketed every time you're on the road. And how do you ignore the constant "ding ding ding ding" that alerts in every vehicle manufactured in the last 20 years?!
I'll agree with a caveat. When its someone other than the driver I can see their complaint but when its just the driver they shouldn't have the right. Wearing a seat belt is the only time I can think of where the law is trying to protect the driver and only the driver.Yep, and it's ********.
I dont disagree but they shouldn't be able to force you.In the year of our Lord 2025, if you are still dumb enough to not wear your damn seatbelt to stop yourself from a) flying through/into a windshield or b) becoming a human projectile in an accident, you deserve to get pulled over and ticketed every time you're on the road.
