Who's explaining away anything? Big 12 by the way is not mid major. As you can see 9 teams tied for 3rd tells you it's a 2 team conference this year and probably really just 1 team.

Only WVU, TCU and Kansas beat Baylor in conference. Only Baylor beat Kansas.

I would disagree. Huggins has never coached at a premiere program. If he had been coaching at a blue blood for the last 20 years, he'd have all that.

More importantly is there anyone on his staff that can take over or would we be better off looking for new blood? Hopefully Huggins' replacement will rock a leather jacket
