What is it okay for Hillary to hand off classified info

I would assume he has a clearance, she could hand me classified info as long as it was secret or below and I had a need to know, which would be the question here with her lawyer.
I am not sure about Kendall, but highly doubt that the assistants that went through her emails had the proper clearances.
I guarantee he does not have the need to know so it is a violation. Others have gone to jail for less.
