What is your "fighting" weight?

6'1"- 200 is supposedly ideal (graduation weight). I weighed 228 Tuesday morning... but I was fully clothed with sjhoes and belt, keys, phone, etc..., so I'm sure that's a tad high...

More importantly, my total cholesterol is 98 and my ejection fraction is up to 65%. Beats the everlovin **** out of 0.

-6' 2" , 225 lbs. Need to be at 215. Big frame. Dropped to 195-200 a few years back and friends were asking me/wife if i had a serious illness.

5' 9" 217 lbs When I competed in Martial Arts tournaments I was 185-190. Would like to get that again but, I don't want to fight. Like the trigger pull method of fighting now as suggested earlier.
