What percentage of our players think we can win

Hopefully they all believe that they can win. Maybe realistically they can't, but they should still have the attitude that they can. You just never know.

This. Just like people walking into a casino...most go in hoping they can win big despite the odds and play regardless. I hope and expect all of the players to be confident and give their best effort thinking they can win.
Hard to say where their collective mind set is at this point. I know one thing. I don't expect to see S Johnson snap the ball more than 5 seconds prior to expiration of the play clock very often this coming Saturday if the game clock is running.
Did UMM actually think this would spark a debate or something? There isnt one single way to look at this question that isnt just throwing out a random guess.
Based on our current record and overall rating, if we were to defeat Bama down there as the #1 team in the country, where would that upset rank in the annuals of college football? Surely, it would be in the top five (5), wouldn't it, considering they are rated #1, playing at home and we are still a struggling team?
National spotlight on ESPN, #1 team, and National Champs......I would throw everything we got at them. Nothing to lose and everything to gain. Considering we are trying to recruit against them for our top guys, we don't need to go in and play conservative hoping to not be embarrassed. We have that label anyway.......
