Pretty clear cut case of manslaughter imo. It would be nearly impossible to prove intent to kill to get murder charges so she will plea guilty to manslaughter, which is generally 10 years or so. Race will have nothing to do with it as it normally does not, but anyone from either side can find something to gripe about so I am sure they will gripe.

What I meant is I don’t care what cable news entertainment is reporting. I don’t watch it unless I’m in a doctors office or airport, and even then I am only half paying attention. A few people were making a huge deal out of the fact that a 2 month old incident wasn’t being pushed on MSM cable news entertainment. That means nothing to me.
