WVSPORTS.COM What to think of the West Virginia off-season roster movement?

Looking at transfers in versus transfers out then wvu is a net loser in number of bodies. But most good byes were expected/encouraged and the quality and positional targeting of those coming in is a positive. Overall portal movement has been a plus I believe.
