Serious question - who gives a ****? If you want to go, then go. If you don't, then don't. It's a personal decision for everyone.
Dude, you need a Snickers bar

If it's not a sellout, it's UK fault if they have empty seats. They should give away all remaining seats to HS football players. If you want Kentucky kids to come to UK then give these kids free tickets. Every home game that is not a sell out should have HS teams from all over the state. During Curcis time at UK, hit hey did this kind of thing all the time
It should be a picture perfect weather game and in the mid 70's around kick off. Based on the fact this could be an explosive, fun offense to watch, what can we expect attendance wise? I think capacity is now around 61,000 and with only about 39,500 season tickets sold what can we expect. I assume student section should account for 3,000 to 4,000 plus single tickets sold and walk up ticket sales the day of the fame, I am hoping for at least 55,000 with basically the corners and some end zone not full. Am I being overly optimistic? Any chance what so ever for a sellout?
Probably accurate, though I think the increased fans will be mainly new since those lost will have half died off. People today just don't have patience for the time it takes to rebuild a totally destroyed program. We can wish it otherwise & complain, but this is way it is. I doubt Bama could draw more than around 60-70K after six years of 25-48. It's really been awful. Only good thing is things are looking up - at least imo.Right in the 50k-55k area. All we have to do is be a team that makes a bowl more years than not and fans will come back. in today's game it's pathetic we haven't made a bowl in 6 yrs.
Not to get into an argument but this isn't some recent phenomena. They had the he-shes and she-hes in ancient Rome/Greece too. This is 2016. One never knows what is sitting in the next stall. Some women have different plumbing in today's world. They call it progress.
There are seats available at Lambeau for the LSU game for under $100 on Ticketmaster. Hundreds unsold.I just heard the talking heads on College Football Live say the tickets for the LSU and Bama games are going for $1000. AnyUK fan that would rather see one of those games than UK's young talent in the first game against a legit opponent isn't much of a fan, IMO.
About a $975 discount for this game vs theirs.
7000 walk-ups would be pretty-much unheard of. This is troubling - UK fans may have finally reached their tipping point. As of today ( Wednesday ), UK has sold 49,000 tickets. With the great weather, a large walk up, and some freebies given out, expect 56,000 plus !
This isn't on you chesterfield.... But why would the ticket office distribute them on campus if you wanted people to attend?... I'd sure as hell rethink that marketing fiasco.....KSR saying uk has sold 49,000. Will be more than that cause free ones are being aggressively distributed around campus
The only way I'll miss it is if DISH network's satellite falls out of the sky.If fans don't show up, they'll miss a good game.
OLD STOLL FIELD GUY!
