Traditional thanksgiving w a smoked turkey but adding a couple of smoked stuffed pork tenderloins. Gonna do one stuffed with a cornbread stuffing/dressing and the other stuffed with a chorizo dirty rice.

I’m not cooking a damn thing. My wife is making dressing (cornbread, chicken & sage) and a few other sides. We’ll go to the neighbors later and have the whole traditional meal. Plus lots of beer.

I bought a Smithfield ham (great Middlesboro, KY product :sunglasses for our meal around 3 PM today. We also have turkey, dressing, beans, veggies and salad.

Just your basic country folks feast. Life is good.
