This is new info. My parents house is actually in the circle of the map. I grew up there. It is close to the Netherlands House but I had never heard anything about Rogers in the area.

I hope they nail those brothers asses to the wall. I have followed listened to the podcasts etc but I am not from the area.

I don’t know how anyone could look guiltier it’s just a matter of finding the body. If they did kill crystal at least one of them also killed the father right? Who else had motive. On the show they had on the case, the retired FBI guy pretty clearly found the spot where it appeared someone assassinated Crystals father positioning the rifle against a tree from cover.

Ive only been out there a few times but it always struck me as one of the nicer looking small towns. All of this stuff makes you wonder.


Most KY small towns look more or less the same to me. Danville and Bardstown always stuck out as two that actually looked nice, could be a good place to move to and raise kids, and have a nice bucolic pace, Rockwellian as it were.

I guess not. Lexington is slowly changing and I find myself increasingly wanting to move outside of the city.

I just heard about a week ago that the remains that were found were not that of Crystal Rogers. Sad

The small rural towns are getting worse than the cities are. Drugs/pills just devastating them from all sides. Hopeless.

Are the remains that were not Crystal the bones found after the creek washed away a lot of the land where they were buried? If so, Bardstown is a bigger cluster*uck than we originally thought. Imagine how many other sites like this have not been found.

@80 Proof had the pics IIRC

A lady said her neighbor's tree fell across her driveway, and he won't remove it

A lady was given short notice on her house she's renting. The owner is selling the property. Renter is pissed.
One lady waited a hour for Kroger click list, she was mad.
A dude is pissed at people who can't drive in ice.
Mace, a 6 year old family pet got out, and still missing.
Sara is mad at landlords who don't allow pets.
Pat died. RIP
Mark was pulled over by Bardstown police for DUI, he resisted, but after looking at his mugshot, he won't do that again.

Wake up and open this thread. Went to Google to read about all this. See there is a docuseries. Going to spend the next six hours of my life watching it.

Damn...got excited there was a new update to this case.

Is it suspected they burned the body on the farm where all three were seen entering that night but only two leaving?

I don't recall any burn piles found. Could be mistaken.

I believe they did find a burn pile and if memory serves there was part of the dirt under the burn pile dug out. One has to assume the analyzed the heck out of the rest of the soil and found nothing but who knows. With his brother being a cop back then they could have planted a ton of "signs" as a way to deter the investigation so not sure what to believe with this case.

It took 15 years to solve the Jessica Dishon murder, and they had a body and plenty of evidence. All the Bardstown craziness may still come to light.

Hope they find something. With every ounce of attention on Houck, it seems the feds know it was him. They just have to find the evidence to prove it.
