Why would anyone watch it instead of watching the actual game? I know this week is different because it's a PPV, but are there enough fans that don't or can't get the game on television or cable to have a program that broadcast Coach Switzer and guests tell you what is happening on the field? I just don't get it. If you do watch the program share with me why. I must be missing something. Hey I love Switzer but not enough to miss the game simply to get his input live and in real time.

JCon, it's a local deal so you probably haven't ever watch it but it's the dumbest thing on sports tv. All you see is Barry and one of his former players looking at a tv screen that you don't see making a comment about the play. So if your watching the show you really don't even have play by play. Haha. Weird.

Thanks to you Oklabama, we flipped over to it several times during the game and laughed our butts off. It's the worst possible television show possible. One time, some chick wanted to tell Switzer that she loves him, and he says, "Can't you see we're on the air? This is a live TV show." They were just sitting there saying nothing much. Switzer was reading his Twitter feed and kept repeating, "What the hell? What the hell?" It was bad. The perfect TV show for Mark Rogers.

Thank you! I thought I was the only person that felt this way. Can you imagine what goes on during the the OSU Cabana. Pat Jones probably signaled for a time out just before OSU's last offensive play. LOL It may be the only time that anything OSU is more entertaining than an OU event....but I'm not going to find out.

I had the joy of listening to the OSU radio broadcast in those final minutes. I gotta hand it to Dave Hunziker Robert Alllen and company... they knew they were doomed when the officials gave the ball back to Central Michigan. They knew they were going to score. When they did score, there was 60 seconds of silence. Just the weeping and gnashing of teeth of the crowd could be heard. It was wonderful. Yes, Pat Jones probably crapped his britches over that one.

One thing that I'm quite certain never to see is Bob Stoops hosting the OU Coaches Cabana.

Sounds incredibly awful. Who would produce such a terrible show and why would The King be on something like this?

Barry likes the camera and will take just about any gig. That's a major difference between him and Bob. Pat Jones and Barry team up on other projects here in Oklahoma, but nothing as poorly produced as the Coaches Cabana series.

In Austin, they hold up signs on the street corners claiming, "Will work for Cox!"

They spell it a bit different though...
