Let’s do the math:

West Virginia total positive cases: 1,447

So divide 1,500 into 1.8 million and you get:

0.83* which is the percentage of people in West Virginia that has caught the virus. Divide that in half and 0.415* is the percentage of open cases currently.

By all means, YES! Keep everything closed down.

Let’s stop stomping on the panic button.

* Glad I wasn’t a math major, but my point still stands.

So divide 1,500 into 1.8 million and you get:

0.00083 which is the percentage of people in West Virginia that has caught the virus. Divide that in half and 0.000415 is the percentage of open cases currently.

By all means, YES! Keep everything closed down.

Actually, sidearm, your math skills are not your strong suit. Try dividing 1,500 by 1.8 million to get your answer of .00083.

So that would add up to 50.9 million?

Over 60 million people in the USA contracted the H1N1 and there was no one one in the media standing on the panic button 24/7. That was just 8-10 year’s ago. No businesses, schools, sports, churches, etc were closed down. People were not told to stay home, not go to work and hope a check from the government was in the mail. Welcome to socialism comrades. Oh and stay off the beaches and out of the pool. The government said so.

The liberal-dominated media didn't have the same incentive to cry for the endless shuttering of people over H1N1, Westsider. They have a Trump economy to keep ruined now, so that their nemesis doesn't get reelected in November. They will change their tune somewhat, if Trump loses. The economy would finally matter again.
