I didn't pass out candy this year. I usually sit out in the driveway in a lawn chair with my UK hat on passing out candy. I don't care what the age as long as they are respectful and not acting a fool. If it's having a good time and not hurting anyone else I'll drop some candy in a sack. I do see a lot older kids out normally but many seem to be with their siblings or just out with their friends cutting up.

Don't act a fool and about any time I will feed you or give you a beer (If the occasion calls for it...(I save the beer for the adults in case anyone wonders.))

the last time I trick or treated was in 7th grade. And I just carried around the mask I wore the year before.

That's the cut off.

-let kids be kids as long as they can. 8th grade seems about right.

That sounds nice until your kid is the weirdo who all the other kids call “Johnny F*****” while he wipes snot on his jacket sleeve and spends his Saturdays trying to jack off the dog.

6th grade is the last reasonable year. Beyond that? He better be too cool for it or you’ve failed as a parent IMO.

If your old enough to drive a car. That's the cut off. Unless you look like the fine young ladies in the pictures. Then you can have all the damn candy I have!

I don't get trick or treaters living on a busy high way. I quit celebrating Halloween after I got out of Elementary School and just volunteered there after at my church.
