If you have the time:
Steel cut oats with butter, brown sugar and milk.
Espresso (Pete's espresso forte freshly ground) with Torani chocolate syrup and frothed, steamed milk.

Unfrosted strawberry Poptarts. Quick, easy, and can eat them in the car on the way to work.

This man lays a lot of pipe. I'll do unfrosted strawberry, blueberry and brown sugar, can't stand the frosted PTs.

The egg scrambles in a cup that you microwave are pretty good for a quick, easy breakfast.

Through the week mostly Frosted Flakes. Some mornings, a waffle or scrambled eggs and toast with a piece of fried bologna sometimes.

Weekends, if the wife is cooking, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage patties, Banner Brand sausage, fried apples and biscuits. Thankfully, she doesn't cook that very often. And of course, coffee, made with a plain old Bunn coffeemaker.

A 3 egg western omelet, with everything and the sink. Topped with sour cream and salsa. And I'm losing weight.
