UK beating Fl would be great, but Fl is not that good this year. Petrino is turning UL into a contender and is redshirting a QB that may be better than Lamar. The two things aren't really comparable. Even with a Fl win, Stoops teams are widely inconsistent and poorly coached, no in game adjustments are being made. You can make the moral argument against hiring Petrino, but he is 10 times the coach as Stoops at this point. Anyone denying that is in denial.

I wish people would quit acting like BP's issues were purely personal failures. He put his unqualified girlfriend on the state payroll over qualified applicants and is lucky he wasn't prosecuted. Arkansas was lucky they weren't sued until a fly wouldn't light on them. THAT'S why UK nor any other SEC school wouldn't give him the time of day. I'm amazed UL took a chance on him, and l'll bet Jurich keeps him on a short leash

I got married the day we played Florida in 2008, and we lost 65-3. Ironically my divorce also became final on the day we played Florida in 2012. We lost 38-0. Needles to say Florida has been ruining the best days of my life for some time now.

I'm not getting my hopes.
