sorta understandable....if your team is usually 4-7 or worse regularly you're not as apt to do much posting or even reading these posts for that matter.................

I'll post no matter what kind of season we're having, and I don't mind being critical of the team. Coach told me he reads my posts, so I try to be supportive if I'm critical. But as soon as our season is over, it's lights out for me. I don't get up here to read about our season ending loss or anything. I take my ball and go home.
I love these boards. It's all fun, there is Crest fans that cannot stand my comments but I don't care. I love Crest football, I don't have the knowledge as some other famous posters on here ie. (Shelby Lion, Crestrulz, seadog) but this place is a stress reliever during the fall. Hope it sticks around for a while.
As far as the new posters go, it's fun to weed out the sensitive ones that don't have the sense of humor or thick skin required to hang around this place...send them to the other hippie liberal "every coach/player deserves a trophy" website.

Disappointed in you, man, taking a jab at Burns, because of 28-20. That man knows jack about Burns, didn’t know a damn thing, but downplayed and disrespected the heck out of them in that thread.
His whole agenda was to do that, because he didn’t want other posters thinking this was a big game, and to not give Shelby credit, in the event that we do win this game, which is very much so a big game. They are a good team, and an arch rival of ours. They beat us last year. Anyone following 2A football who doesn’t think Burns is a top 10 team in 2A is misinformed, and needs to be drug tested.
Now ask yourself this, bro. If you were a Burns poster reading those things that dude spewed, wouldn’t you have fired back, too, just as one of them did? Those guys are new to the 2A forum. They have no prior business with anyone, but their arch rival Shelby, South Point, and the rest of their conference foes.

I disagreed with what 28-20 said. That Shelby burns game is 1vs 2 as of right now. Some of those burns posters fired some major shots in my eyes. But having said that, glad to have them in 2a . They’ll be a contender and may get them a championship this year.
I’m not taking disrespect from anyone in 2a but Shelby lol. But with that east surry debacle we really can’t say anything until the playoffs.
Post like this is why I’ve stayed away from the cliche smack talk. I know it makes it more fun in some eyes but I’m beyond that and too damn old for it. Much respect for how you keep it real on here. I cannot wait for Friday. Athletes everywhere!
