I'm a duke fan living in WNC but my mom is from evarts in Harlan county and my papaw who passed away March 2012 was a HUGE wildcat fan.. Anyway I like to rag all my kentucky family but usually come tourney time as long as Uk isn't playing duke I pull for em! (I'm prob a rare breed lol) anyway just wanted to get a feel for where the posters here are from!

I live in Cookeville, TN, by way of Johnson City, TN, by way of Dallas, TX. HOWEVER, my parents and grandparents are all from Bowling Green and Hardinsburg, KY, so I grew up right!
Rag them for what? UK is the vastly superior program at present, and historically. I guess you are talking about making fun of them for non-basketball stuff because 8>4 is something even a Duke can can understand mathematically.

I'm from Hazard, Ky. I now live in Colorado Springs and Yuma, Arizona. My loyality is with UK, my Coach is Adolph Rupp. Was at UK in 50-55 Engineering. I don't think UK should schedule any Kentucky schools. I believe as Adolph, it divides the fan base.I've never seen a good loss but some loses will come.

This city is wonderful, and as an educational institution the university is a good university. But I am most definitely a Kentucky basketball fan all the way
He's a Duke fan. He is probably crying because of the ND game now. Duke off to its worst ACC start in like 19-20 seasons...ouch.

Born in monterry cali, move to bamburg germany at 3. Moved to savannah ga at 5. Move to elpaso tx at 7. Live In el paso til I was 15. Father got stationed in korea so we moved to missoula montana for a year the to fayetteville nc at 16. Graduated hs in fayetteville. Undergrad at east Carolina in greenville nc. Worked for a year and a half in fayetteville the grad school at uk. After school I lived in winston salem for 6 months for training for my job then they shipped me to newport news va. Hated va, moved to cincinnati to be closed to wifes father whi was sick at the time. Lived in Cincinnati for 5 years. I'm a banker, was working for nat city at the height of the financial crisis. When pnc bought them I had to move to chicago or lose job. Lived in chicago for three years the. Moved back down south to apex nc (Raleigh suburb). Love it here. Never leaving. Tired of moving.
