I imagine with one year left, and since he has already transferred once, he would look to go FCS. If he goes FBS, there is no guarantee his waiver would get approved, but I guess there is the grad transfer rule if he has graduated already.
Not this year. Maybe next but that remains to be seen.
Neither is going to reach his full potential unless we get some semblance of a running game, the line gets bigger and stronger, and the receivers do as well (and also catch the decent balls more often).
Doege does bring some better wheels to the equation. He'll need them to survive until next year.
