I don't know if anyone else is like me, but I like to travel. I don't get to do it nearly as much as I'd like. I recently booked one of my dream trips for next year and thought this might be an interesting thread. Knowing we all like to show off our Duke fandom, how about showing some of the best places your Duke gear has traveled with you.

This was my favorite Duke hat getting off a hot air balloon in the Serengeti (Tanzania) about 2 years ago.

And another in Zanzibar on the same trip:

Caribbean cruise,many ports of call
I like to put my hat on the towel animals.

I wear a Duke hat everwhere I go. Haven't done too much world traveling. But have been on a few cruises and gone to a couple of Caribbean resorts.

Barbados and Belize were one week stays. Last year we stayed in Curacao for 5 days and Aruba for 2 days. Quite a few Duke fans there believe it or not.

I don’t usually wear hats so that’s out and when I’m on vacay(and when I’m not lol) I wear Hawaiian shirts. Probably the most interesting place I’ve wore duke gear is all through the state of Kentucky and Indiana.

I ain’t ever left the states so I don’t have any crazy destinations to share... But I was visiting family in Lexington when we thumped their badonkadonk by 30+ points. I bravely walked into a bar on Short Street around the corner from Rupp decked out in Duke apparel to watch the game.

Everyone hated me, it was great

Church - especially when the associate pastor is a Uva fan lol!

Just inside the US for me. Miami, KeyWest, KeyLargo, New York, Vegas and inside the Dean Dome for Duke vs Unc! I wear Duke shirts on a lot of hikes which include the top 2 summits highest east of the Mississippi River in Mount Mitchell and Mount Craig.

Used to travel a lot to Miami for work. Always rocked the Duke gear there. Walked around the U campus with it on. There’s a lot of talent on the U campus btw........
Niagra Falls last fall in full Duke gear.

Good story.

I worked the 2015 Final Four in Indy with a media site and we stopped at a convenience store the next day just after Duke won it all which was close to Rupp arena in Kentucky on our way back to VA/NC.. I walked in with a Duke shirt on...and guy behind cash register looks at me and says... "dude you not from around here are ya"... with a serious look on his face. I said "no sir" with a smirk on my face and we got out of there lol.

I’m not sure any of us, will maybe a few, would fit in with the scene in downtown Asheville.
I haven't visited downtown Asheville in quite a few years, but , the last time I was there it was nice. What has changed?
