I'm not Anon I'm No Chores, but can't figure out how to make the change. HELP! I've paid for the premium membership and nobody knows who I am.
You need to click on the circle in the top right next to the envelope, then go to Settings. Once there, click on the Profile tab and you should be able to change your Username back to what it was. If it doesn't work, email [email protected], or ask Rebel II what he did to get it to work.
Part of the difficulties of the merger were that initially all boards were set to premium. I've put in the requests for our three boards (football, basketball, other sports) to go back to public but they have a queue of requests across the sites so I can't guarantee a timeline.
Hopefully it's back to normal functionality soon
Thanks Matt. Initially I thought I had to sign up for the premium content again, so I did. I didn't realize that I"d be renewed again automatically on July 21. All I really wanted to do was go back to being No Chores and chat with my many pals on the old Rock premium Board or whatever the current version is. Now I can't figure out how to do that. Can you help? Hope all is well with you and Lou - haven't seen you guys since Vegas.
I think the steps that Cappy laid out are the best practices for now if you're looking to edit your username.
If you're getting double billed, reach out to [email protected] and they should be able to stop whichever account you don't want. If you're looking to sign in to your old account, if you have your associated email, go through the password reset process. That often jumpstarts the system to remembering your email.

This is Styre. Changing my alias in settings doesn't work so I'm waiting to see if On3 will respond to my emails about the issue.
Going through a password reset with your Rivals account email can help jumpstart the system to connect you to your new account.
Same with logging out and logging back in for username changes, sometimes it takes a minute and multiple logins to work.
Have tried both of these, repeatedly, with no success. No response to my emails to On3. Not sure what to do at this point since I would prefer this not be my username.
