I'm hitting Lemont|Crete-Monee on Saturday in historic downtown Lemont. Last time these 2 banged heads was the 2012 6A semis & it was Tredwell and company by 1. Great game & electric atmosphere. Hoping for the much of the same the weekend. Prior to kickoff, I gotta pre-game at Nick's with a HUGE BURGER & a couple frosty Coors Lights! If you haven't had one you should, they are delicious hand-made pound monsters!

Honestly, there just aren't any really good places around Marist to eat. Burrito Jalisco is a good Mexican dive at 119th and Cicero. Or you can go up to 95th Street in Oak Lawn (like Palermo's) - in the Brother Rice area. You could also go south to Midlothian and have awesome BBQ at Hog Wild. All these places are "relatively" close, but there's nothing really close to Marist that's any good.

Traditions to watch the Irish, then walk over to Memorial stadium to watch JC/MCC. Top off the day by heading to Chicago Christian to watch the JCA volleyball team take on DLS in the supersectionals.
