Most kids not coming back would most probably not announce it till after they get out of school and see a report card. Keeps from getting hazed at school by classmates. Every school that charges tuition has some leakage every year. That's just a fact of life. The Phillips thing of actually recruiting off of other High School Rosters is low class by any standards.
