Final X is set with both competitors at 57 kg (Lilledahl vs Lee) and 61 kg (Forrest vs Vito) so Blaze is out. He can compete for U20 or U23 spot at 61 kg in Final X or go up to 65 kg to try for Senior Circuit spot

Pre-seeds are out for the Senior World Team Trials. Penn State assistant Nick Lee is not listed in the field at 65 kilograms, but three NLWC members are top seeds in their weight classes.

I don't have a confirmed answer for you at the moment beyond the obvious: That he was entered but backed out before seeds came out. Same deal with Michigan's Jacob Cardenas.
