Who do we hate the most?

Tough to pick between Duke and UNC.

It's Duke for me...by a healthy margin.
Honestly, I don’t hate Cal. After all’s said & done, he gave us the 2010-2015 run of 4 final fours and a title. The partnership had DEFINITELY run its course and he’s basically washed up now. It makes me laugh to see another school have to learn this the hard way, but I don’t have any ill will toward him.
I don’t hate Cal either. For me it’s a Tubby scenario…it was just time for a change for both parties. Past time really. For me it’s Kansas because they are the only other school that can match our tradition.
Hate is such a strong word.

Hard to pick but in no certain order.
Louisville- because they low down dirty scum.
Kansas - because they are to close to the all time wins on UK
Duke & UNC - because they seem to be tripping, cheating, entitled NCAA committee golden boys.

True but he grew to hate the UK fans so my dislike for him grew equally.
1. Louisville. Their passionate fans are the most obnoxious. They have a lot of normal fans. But the ones you hear from are absolutely terrible. Been sitting in the visitor section in their football stadium listening to them chant "F UK." C'mon.
2. Duke. Super obnoxious fans. They got away with some cheating. They win a lot.
3. UT: Also super obnoxious fans. They've been really good the last 4 or 5 years. They think they matter a lot for a team that's never been to a Final 4.
4. Kansas: They cheat a lot, they win a lot. Fans actually not that bad.
5. UNC: Also cheat a lot. Most fans I've interacted with are alright.
Since Arkansas made the poll, I have to address them. I don't hate Arkansas. They're not even on my radar. Their fans are chirping a lot since Cal went there and took the entire Kentucky team. They're definitely obnoxious. But they don't matter enough to feel any sort of dislike or "hate."

Just out of curiosity, what separates them from #3 on your list then?
If little bro ever gets good again I will go back to hating them more than Duke. But I do hate Duke in a different special way. Not exclusively sports hating, douche hating hate as well.
Cal got my vote. His disdain for BBN and the UK culture and the disrespect he showed to both soured me completely on him. The other obvious choices that would've topped this list 5 years ago have all been, diminished I guess is the word, by coach retirements (dook/unc) and recent ineptitude (IU/UL). Cal gets the vote through recency bias...

For this year I agree I want to beat Cal more than anyone. Can you imagine how much he would gloat if Arkansas won? But historically, it is Duke for me.
I noticed that you didn't even list Indiana. But when you've been so bad for so long like IU has. They've become so irrelevant that they're aren't even a blip on the basketball radar screen anymore. And it could not have happened to a more deserving fan base. Bunch of jealous jerks, if they never win another NCAA tournament game it will be too soon for me. Let them rot in their misery.
Agree. We exorcized the Duke/Laettner demon with the 98 comeback and subsequent title! We rarely play them.
I think it's more that we hate the "darling" label they get, from ESPN. They're the snobby "east coast" rich kid school. Douchebags galore. UCONN is quickly taking their title though.
Used to be UL but they have become almost a joke for a number of years now and the competition level has dropped with them (they may get it back with new coach but we'll see). Duke has always been high on my list, and Kansas, but I gave my vote to Duke.
I wouldn't say that I "hate" any team, as it's just sports and none of them have ever done anything to me personally. That said, tonight my husband and I were shopping at Kroger, and came upon a man with Louisville Cardinals shirt on. I looked at my husband, pointed at the other person and loudly said "sweety, that's a bad, bad man there, he's a Louisville fan". The guy cracked up 
During the scandal days, UT was the only school to stand up for UK and coach Rupp never forgot it. He helped them when he could. For that reason, I can not hate them.
