Personally, I think OSU. The have a lot coming back and it's at their place. You could make an argument for Arizona. I say it's a coin flip between those 2 after PSU.

I wanted to say AZ but the day after the coach bailed, nine players left which included the leading rusher and four other starters....I go with the mullet.

This. PSU will always be tough and we simply don’t play good on the road in different time zones.

Still, it’s very early for questions like this. There is too much roster variability to speculate .

Before Fisch left, I'd say Zona.
Now due to talent alone, I'll say PSU, then Zona.
Then Kansas and OSU .
KSU,ISU, Tech,UCF, Cincy, Baylor, Pitt, and last is Albany.
