If he gets canned, he will have nobody to blame but himself. Very likely his decision to retain Teasley will be his undoing. All the data was there last year for him to be justified in making a move but he did not.
Play calling has got to change. You can’t run QB right and QB left against the teams we will face. They will stack the box and shut us down. We’ve got to roll him out, give him run/pass options. Takes pressure off the o-line and makes d- backs have to think instead of just react. UK will stack the box to start the game. We will have to force them out of it. Can we or will we do that? Better be prepared for it. If we don’t show adjustments Beamer is done. If we adjust and still can’t move the ball then it’s time to change QB’s.
IMO this is the year that we know if its a thumbs up or thumbs down. The Old Dominion win felt like a loss. We lucked out on that one. I doubt we win an SEC game playing like that.
