Tom Hanks and The Killers aren't really "this" era.. and I'd say Aniston isn't either.
This is tough though.. I really can't think of anyone definitive. Maybe Idris Elba? Robert Downey Jr? Olivia Munn for beauty?

Those are great picks.. I just think they would count from the era before now.
Aniston, Killers, Hanks.. probably all past their prime. But Brad Pitt.. he still has a lot left.

Actress: Margot Robbie is quite beautiful.
Actor: Tom Hanks is hard to top. Maybe Chadwick Bozeman if you want someone more recent.

I like the Killers, but other than people pretty heavy into music, does anybody really know who they are? Mr Brightside was a long time ago.
Sad state of affairs that there is not any bands that come immediately to mind. Rock isn't dead but it's definitely in hiding. Foo Fighters perhaps by default.
Actor: I'd go with Cumberbatch. Already had a few really top roles (Sherlock, The Imitation Game) and still pretty young (42).
Actress: J-Law perhaps. Not really one that jumps right out that has beauty and acting chops. J-Law probably closest. Robbie is gorgeous but she's still got to prove she's something other than eye candy acting-wise. For just looks, it's almost impossible to pick one. Hollywood is chock full of gorgeous women and one doesn't really appeal to everyone.
