A first round KO, imho. The debate was on transgender bathrooms and Trump's decision to send the issue back to the states.

I thought Carlson did when I watched it last night. I think Calson scored some points with the point about eligibility for female set-asides and I think Zac was totally flustered. However, Zac is correct in the school systems were looking for guidance, but at the same time, it makes sense to flow it down to the states and out of the Fed. I've made my position on this one known as it's not black and white. I can see both sides. There is some legitimacy to the mental aspect of this just as there is legitimacy to obvious abuses that would come from it.

Not just abuses, but what rights do my 5 daughters have in the privacy of their school locker rooms and showers? Who decides who's rights exceed those of my daughter's? They have privacy rights, at least I assume they do. This goes beyond bathrooms with stalls.

More importantly, when asked to name one scientist that claims that a person's sex is based on what that person says, Zac could not name one nor is there one, imo. He wants to rely on science when it suits him and ignore it when it doesn't.

Each state is fully capable to do what is best for their schools as you observed. But I think that Tucker nailed him on the issue of Title 9 sports and even the race of a person. If one gets to decide their gender, why stop there? Why not race? In fact, we have had some very recent examples of white people that self identify as black. One was the head of a NAACP chapter. And since she identifies as black, does she get the preferential treatment afforded blacks with small business lending and the like?
