I can't really come up with one. Just never felt the animosity like with UNCheat or the Gamecocks. I actually liked Hodge, and I think K did too, if I remember correctly. I thought he had a lot of class. Favorite, though, was Del Negro, 'cause his mom made an awesome macaroni sauce that was published in Sports Illustrated. The wife and I make it to this day when we're in the mood for some really special pasta!

I only dislike State players when they screw up against UNC.
It must be a sad life to get your chuckles for being an internet troll. Literally no one else knows who you are and gets any sort of laugh out of it except maybe a few other internet trolls you've most likely never met before and cannot see their reaction anyway. I feel bad for you.

I can't come up with one. Maybe this should have been ask over at THR. I wonder who smooth as butter really is. Perhaps HOF Coach Roy Williams. I've been say for years he's a poster over at THR because he said in a news conference he didn't care about what people thought about his ugly ties. Do any of you remember my post about those awful ugly ies. How else would he know. I bet if I ever met him and I went up to him and said Hello Coach I'm skysdad he would slap me.

OFCI don't think Smooth As Butter means any harm as he ask the same type of questions on THR. So and so will be much improved this year, Who is the best player going to be this year for the heels, How many points will so and so average this year, etc, etc. Perhaps he likes others opinion and is an OK guy. Perhaps he's not OK but he does seem to promote conversation on the Cheat board. I think he should ask who is the most disliked THR poster as that would get some honest answers from us.

I love and respect you gotta but my gut tells me that of smoothie is a smoothie and is playing games with us. He doesn't cross the line or even get close to it. This thread however just takes the cake. . What kind of question is that. I can't wait to see what he comes up with next. Does anyone think one of us would get by with this kind of threads over at THR. They'd be laughing at us. . Some of them may have even put him up to it. UNC nation is really laying low right now. Even the UNC fans here where I live aren't the same. They just don't mention anything about Duke or UNC when I run into them. When UNC gets out of this mess which I feel they will then lookout. It will be like it was. Well it's still the same to me. I don't care how low or successful their programs are I delight in seeing them lose even in women's curling if they have ateam. OFC
Sky I am just trying to find any good intent in the crazy questions smoothie ask. Yes, the question of who is your least favorite NCSU player sounds like something many on THRCheats would ask on their board but think about the simplicity of the questions he ask and the simple statements he makes. I don't think he's swift enough to play games with us. I don't even think he is a grown up. On what you said about the low profile they are maintaining just imagine if they don't climb out of this hole ever. Maybe they have learned to no longer challenge us with words because they are afraid of not being to back it up and it might come back to bite them in the tail. The UNCheats brand has been heavily damaged and with the way the unpredictability of the sports world goes they might have seen their best days, at least for a good while. Maybe the recruits feel Roy is the way of the past and not cool or in their best interest to play for. A great high school player wants a speed boat to the NBA and Roy's players usually cruise awhile before going pro. PS, do colleges really have curling teams. If UNC has a team what would the team name be? How about the Curling Cheaters or Hansbrough's Sliders or the PJ Smokers.
I don't know. He may be trolling, but to what end? Nothing he is doing is funny, snarky, baiting, or any of the other things you think of with a "troller." If he is a troller, he has got to be the least effective one in the history of the internet. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems harmless.

I think Scott Wood was probably my favorite unheralded State player. Low ranking out of HS but turned himself into a player you had to fear and respect.

Another who was fun to watch was Spud Webb. One of those rare short guys (Muggsy Bogues was probably best known) who was fun to watch, a legit talent, and even had a decent pro career.

Still a UNC fan. Just not a Duke hater. I like good basketball and root for most ACC teams against the outside universe. Except I like UMd, too, so now I have to juggle a bit.
Sorry, Gottago, I missed this earlier. Buttah has special tastes and therefore he has his flown in from Hong Thong...or is that Hung Kong...hmmm...old age setting in...either way he's a choosy little rascal.
But for the general public, PJ and Butta have their own shop now. I tell ya...that UNC education isn't going to waste!
