At the top of the forum there is a black menu bar. On the right check to see if your looking at the "Last Message ^" (First) or "Last Message v" (Last)

You want Last Messge v (Last)

nope. It seems to be fixed now but after I posted this thread I got the "rivals is unavailable" message for a while. Yahoo/Rivals has some issues right now.
