Millen made a big deal that Fitz was actively coaching players to watch their ‘eye keys’ in advance of the 3rd down play.

Perhaps he’s spent more time with the defense over the past two weeks.

I don’t pay enough attention to verify that he doesn’t usually hold a defensive playcard, but I’m optimistic if there’s been some sort of (you’re right, unannounced) organizational change in the staff.

he does the eyes thing all the time. I have never seen him looking at a play call sheet.
