Interview with CStar from a day or 2 ago. Interviewer mustered the courage to ask a little about the drama from this summer and PD3's recent comments. Carter didn't take the bait. Indicated all is good with him and the PSU coaches and NLWC.

We got a robot comment out of him interesting we have always been told others are robots 🤣🤣

I said yellow creek because there is a private outfitter there who you pay $$ to fish and trout are huge. That rainbow looked like one of theirs, 1 hr from state college
It could be Yellow Creek at the bridge below the fly area. I fished upstream from the bridge upstream through the fly area quite often in the late 70's and early 80's. Especially during the Green Drake hatch.
Back then, the land below the bridge was private.

Gotcha. Sounds like a nice place 🤩

It could just as easily be main branch of spring creek, but upper section. It is very narrow up there in many places. Part of Joe’s house straddles the creek there too, above Lemont. As a kid growing-up in State College, I caught many the size of that rainbow on the quarry property just below Joe’s house. Wish I could go back to those days, lol….. It used to be amazing fishing top to bottom, full of lunkers, since no stocking / no harvest for a long time after the rutgers-nease chem. plant spill. Spring-fed cold water and no harvest sure does a wonder for growing big fish. Guessing the regs. are still the same.

Haven't fished Yellow Creek in a long time, and it is hard to tell from the pic, but it does remind me of the section just past the church across from what used to be a sheep farm (maybe still is). I am pretty sure that whole section is part of the Home Waters Club.
I will assure you that the bridge in the photo is not any of the next five bridges below the fly zone on Yellow Creek. That takes you all the way down to the covered bridge.

My money is on the upper section of spring creek - somewhere above Benner Springs hatchery. I would not be surprised if it was on spruce creek however.

I actually only looked at the first pic, and after looking at the others that is not Yellow Creek

Interesting that Kasak is registered for this a week before season starts. Might mean the decision on the redshirt was made or means nothing at all.

It's probably not an indicator. In previous years, Bill Farrell was the same weekend as our early-aeason tourney (Black Knight or Penn), and our guys would still attend.

He could still be shirting, just can't tell from this.
