Watched this fight 3 times now. Amazing heavyweight fight with contradicting styles. Might pump the life back into heavyweight boxing. The rematch is in the making and projected for Spring 2019. Tyson Fury camp reports they are already back in the gym.

Wilder is just so limited from a skills standpoint. He'll always have a chance because of his power, but he's just not very good. I expect Fury to box circles around him again.

Fury just slowly beats guys up like an old school Ali, Foreman, Holmes etc. A true throwback to the heavyweight division. But Wilder has so much power that he only needs to land that one big right. Love the matchup. Would like to see a 3rd or even 4th heavyweight emerge. Could make boxing special again.

Fury > Van Wilder. And it's not even close.

Not sure about the sequel. As I haven't seen that one yet. Didn't even know it was in the works...but I'm guessing it won't be very good...what with 90% of the cast dying off in the first one and all.

Well, he didn't do it the first time, so hard to see him doing it "again".
He did box circles around him. He was caught with a right and then follow up left that put him down too.

That’s what makes it a great match-up. One guy is a technician and the other is a bomber. Really good stuff.

Wilder thought Fury was out. When he got up, you could see the WTH look on Wilders face. After the fight Wilders corner said Fury sat up like the undertaker.

3rd or 4th? You ever heard of Anthony Joshua?

Yeah, both Wilder and Fury keep calling him out. Honestly don't know alot about him, I've only recently started following boxing again. After Lennox Lewis retired, the Russians kind of took over the division and I lost interest in favor of the MMA. I barely remember the Ali, Frazier, Foreman, Liston era but from what I've been told that was the golden era of heavyweight boxing. I would like to see it get back to that.

I am more interested in boxing than I have been in a long time. Lots of good fighters out there. This Joshua kid is a beast but not sure what would happen if he gets hit by Wilder. Not sure what happens to WIlder if Joshua hits him...lol

Should be some good heavyweight fights in 2019.
