Saw this from today's article on this site Holgerson said Grier is taking "mental reps".

I know of course Grier can't play in any games this year. But, can he not practice at all with the team? Also, if so, how far does that extend? Is a player in his situation allowed to eat in team meals, or use of the weight room/allowed to lift with the team? Thanks.

He still has that PED thing hanging over his head. The way I read it is he can't do anything re; football other than observe until the spring. As far as training table and lifting I'm not sure.

If he's smart he has an off-field training program set up. Probably also talking with key teammates.

He can practice with the team. He cant travel.
