I wonder why he didn't already have one. UK retained the DL coach. Did the last staff just not like him, or he just got recent positive test scores, or flew under the radar?

Could be they didn’t feel like they had a prayer to get him, so invested the time and energy elsewhere. Now with new found confidence, and and few new coaches, they say why the hell not.
Louisiana could be big for this staff going forward. Being able to go into there and Texas will be very refreshing.
