People need to wear paper bags to the game
Some will say don't boo. I don't have a problem with it. Fans have a right to voice their displeasure and concern.
He's sure as hell earned it.
Personally, I don’t like booing. I think everyone knows how I feel about it. I’d rather just have Pope consider a buy out and let’s just move on
I'd rather have some "Fire Mitch Barnhart" chants. It gets the point across without actually booing Pope.

Yelling and cussing at Mitch is way better. That’s the man to truly hate. I’m all for booing though, but Pope loves UK and won a ship here as a player but he sucks and has to go. He’s a bum. Mitch though needs to be tarred and feathered
I do think Mitch deserves his share of the booing.
This weekend is a celebration of the 1966 team. The Rupp’s Runts!!
Supposedly every living member of that team except Conley will be in attendance.

You realize the pressure to buy him out comes with things like fans booing at home games right
I don’t agree that it’s necessary. Not something I’ll debate about. If you feel it helps, I respect the other opinion. I just don’t personally like it.
My belief is that if you are going to boo then you shouldn’t go to the game. That can only make the situation worse. If I go to the game, I will always support the team. Booing the referees is one thing but you don’t boo your coach at home.
I've never boo'd in person but I don't mind if others do.
There’s no such thing with this team if we’re playing anyone ranked above 200 in the NET.
And sorry a win vs MSU (which is not a guarantee by any stretch) means nothing at this point. BUT another loss would be another nail in the coffin for Pope.
My preference would be for ZERO fans to show up. That would be the loudest BOO ever heard at Rupp.
THAT would end the coaching job right then and there.

There is not an easy win left on the schedule, if we fall behind by double digits or lose to State. The boo’s need to run the players off the court. These are paid players who are not giving the effort of their paychecks. If you did this bad at your job would you not be reprimanded by your employer or let go? I hear you. But with that atmosphere and celebration and the way they played last night and Miss St not being very good you would think we would come out like our hair is on fire.
If they don’t for this game then shut it down. It’s ova!!
On that note, at least I did notice that we were going over top of a lot of screens instead of under them last night. It seemed to be very effective also not letting them get looks from three point range.

The boo’ing is deserved. I would just like to not have it while honoring those legends.

I mean, it depends right? Like I’m not going to boo a bad play. During the game I’m going to cheer on the team. But at the end of the game? If we lost and it feels like it was because of low effort and/or poor coaching? I think it’s fair. Every single person involved is getting paid, and I am paying to watch. Entertain me or face ridicule. That’s the job now.
They all deserved to be booed. The displeasure needs to be heard loud and clear. This **** is unacceptable.
I hate what's going on and hope for his mental health Pope steps down after the season if things don't get better. Our fans should never boo our guys at Rupp. Murmur, burp or fart but never boo. This is our team this year. In what way does booing them help? It's amazing to me the bull crap that is acceptable for some.

Just like Missouri was supposed to be an easy win.
Booing one of your own because of a rough patch is a terrible look. I know the expectations are pretty high, but the fans are going to make it tough on whoever is making the next hire.
I’d wear a paper bag over my head if I were there but would turn it backwards so I didn’t have to watch this

If the Runts are honored at halftime, everyone should leave afterwards and let them play in an empty arena.
Mitch will have anyone that hurts his feelings banned from Rupp and Commonwealth before the clock struck midnight. Would guaranty it (unless there are too many to catch)

I am really hoping to see Riley at the Hyatt. I am going to Miami later this month for two Heat games. Always tried to get tickets near him and have always missed. Really like Spo but Pat is the godfather.
The rupp crowd lower area is mostly old people or nepos that have 3rd generation season tickets. Pretty quiet laid back crowd compared to most SEC courts. The fact that he got booed there at all is pretty crazy.
They aren’t all crazy fans like us there. A lot of average Joes that don’t obsess over every W or L. And they booed him out the building in both Nashville and Lexington.
The fanbase is rejecting this guy for everyone to hear. All you have to do is just listen
