Wagner I’m assuming is Arkansas more than any of the other UK transfers and decommits.
If he's smart he will play another year in CBB to work on his game and NOT try and do it at Arky. He isn't going to learn anything new by going to Arky. I'm pretty sure he's got "GO"..."Run" down by now. If he doesn't, well...

Go is when you have the ball. Run is when he wants you to receive the ball or make a play.

The Go offense is when UK is bringing the ball up on the right side of the court. The Run offense is on the left side...unless of course Sahvir Wheeler is bringing the ball up...then its run down the middle of the lane and turn it over or throw up a brick.
