I’m not expecting Robinson. Pope said they were looking at a third specialist for him. Doesn’t sound good.
During his Thursday press conference, Pope said Robinson got a third medical opinion Wednesday regarding the right wrist injury. “He’s meeting with the best people in the world. ... We’re kind of taking in information, trying to figure out (the) course of action, decisions to be made,” Pope said.

UK will grab either the six or seven seed in St John's bracket. St John's will have the two seed or three seed, and the committee will try to pair Kentucky versus St John's in the second round.

I don't expect much based on injuries. If Kentucky wins in the first round, you got to envision that being the equivalent of playing with house money at that point.

If they get 20 wins and one in the SEC tourney I think they are 5 seed because of the wins they would have

I don’t see Kerr, Robinson , or Butler back this season. I’m honestly surprised to see Carr out there playing considering I know his back is still lingering.
Season is going to be a slow dying whimper if that happens. Reminds me of 2013. Where it was almost a blessing when it ended. If we can't get healthy, it's going to suck major ***.

Watched St Johns again today- they play in your face defense and play tough- hope we don't see them unless we are at full strength

I don't expect them to return anytime soon. It's a disappointing way to close the season, but it is what it is.

There is an opportunity for Perry, Noah, and even Chandler to get some valuable experience. If they show something in these remaining games, I'll be elated thinking about the future of the program. If we get all 3 or even just 2 be solid contributors going forward, that would be a massive boon. It'll provide a bit of stability and depth at the very least. At the high end, we'll get production from very good college players for multiple seasons.

I would hold them out this week and hopefully they can recover. We need both of them healthy to have a shot in the tourney.
I would hold them out as long as needed and keep giving minutes to Perry and noah and chandler we are going to make the ncaa anyway . It's hard to win without butler and jaxson so let them heal up and give valuable minutes to those freshman. At this point ncaa is more important than the wins or losses from here on out

My guess is we see butler before JR, not liking what I’m hearing about JR and seeing a 3rd specialist. I’m guessing butlers injury could be a pain tolerance issue and maybe hold him till close to SECT time, with JR it just doesn’t sound like he’ll be ready any time soon.

Really sucks that injuries have somewhat derailed what could have been a really great season. At least we know these injuries are legit even though information is vague. We don't have guys just mysteriously missing games for unknown reasons. I hope we can get Robinson back by Tourney time, but that's looking more and more unlikely. Same for Butler, though my hopes are higher for his return, but as we saw, his injury can be easily reaggravated. Carr is relying on cortisone injections to mask his problem. just an all around unfortunate turn of events for this season.

Somewhat? They have completely derailed the entire season, in my opinion. We haven't been healthy since a month in to the season. Most games since then we have been missing two or three players. We have performed admirably, but it could have been so much better. Instead of teaching a team Pope has spent countless hours trying to coach around injuries.

Problem is, we need to start winning a few games. Vandy at home is almost a must-win. I''ve always been big on resting up players when the games aren't must-wins, but I might think of playing whichever one is healthiest at the moment, if feasible.

If they can get healthy with rest, I’d rather see UK go in as a healthy 5 seed instead of a beat up 3, just want to avoid that 4 seed line. Without Butler, this team struggles too much.
