8-5 last year. 2-0 this year. That's after taking over a team that went 3-9.

Took over 0-12 Western Kentucky and got them a bowl in two years. Left the cupboard stocked for coaches that came after him, too.

And we don't need to be rebuilt. We just need an experienced guy to come in and get **** straight. He would win right away with this team.

Only paid a million dollars a year. Makes buyouts easier to pay.

Biggest reason Taggart went to USF was because its his home town, he wanted his kids to be with the rest of the family. He is a solid coach with lots of passion for the game, but I doubt he leaves that area of the country for at least 5-10 years

While we are talking about teams that play FCS schedules, how is EKU doing? Any coaches available there that will succeed in the SEC?

Make no mistake about it Willie Taggart can flat out coach and recruit the state of Florida. Think that's an interesting choice.

I don't think this is true. If anything, history would say Barnhart is less likely to care. He comes from Oregon State, and his first act is to hire former Oregon coach Rich Brooks. As long as you don't put your mistress on the payroll, I don't think he cares where you went to school or coached.

No. The big reason was because it was a better job in a better league.

He would be a disaster at UK.

If UK was in Florida it wouldn't be hard to get good coaches and we wouldn't be this bad for so long . The coach that comes here and has UK competing for the east title will be one impressive mudderfudder .
