Yes, and I for one am sorry that a local star did not pick Kentucky.

But the lack of DH has not exactly crippled our running game this year.. In fact, you may want to check out his season stats vs. Bennie Snell, just for fun (Hint one RB has scored ten TDs, the other has scored one). Now if you just want to be another brick in the wall at Alabama, then so be it, I certainly understand it. But in four or five years, he may have second thoughts, it doesn't always work out to go to the bigger name program.

Shocker......not.
Best of luck to the young man. Hope I get to see him bulldoze a few schools like Tennessee and Florida in the future.

Oh well. Am I the only one who thinks that our lackluster performance vs UT was the final straw that made him pull the trigger when he did? I hope he stays healthy and lives up to his expectations but as far as I am concerned he is now the enemy, not him personally, but anyone who plays for Alabama regardless of where they grew up.

Spoken like a true Wildcat, Greg. I like your spirit.
I too think that Alabama and her fans are no good sons of bitches. Now, that Wills is a Tide, he is the enemy.
Here's something you never hear: "alabama football is just like kentucky basketball." Has anyone ever made that comparison before??[eyeroll]
I want as many good kids as we can get, and I get upset when we don't land our in-state kids. It's my right as a fan. I'm fanatical about my team.

When you say our o line will be fine, does that mean it will be as good as Bama's without guys like Wills? Nothing wrong with high school kids pointing out that uk football is pretty crappy compared with real Football schools.
I'll take this one on and say yes I think they could. How much difference is there between the two lines this year? I'll stack ours up so far. No reason that can't continue. Starts easier to tell for skill players IMO. Real good 3 star Olineman all over the place every year.

The bottom line is that you only want the ones that know they want to sign. You don't want a player who ultimately suffers from buyer's remorse. He was respectful and mature. Good luck to him. Others will reach a different conclusion, and have in the past.
