I have.Anyone tried this breath technique along with cold showering?
I took daily cold showers for over a year. It's an acquired taste for sure -- and there's an absolutely huge difference in a July cold shower vs a January cold shower.Cold showering is rough. I can only do it during the summer months.. but trying to take a cold shower when it's 15 degrees out, just isn't happening.
I do a lot of breathing techniques and cold-ish water "plunges" at the gym, though. Sit in Sauna/Steam/Hottub for a 15 minutes, jump into 60 degree pool. Very good for circulation and your central nervous system. But IDK how people can do it with an ice bath.
I feel your pain, man. I have it too. Meditation/prayer has been huge in getting my life back. Especially getting my sleep backI have generalized anxiety disorder. I've tried and tried and tried breathing techniques along with meditation. I just can't get out of my head. The people that would benefit the most from these things have the hardest difficulty settings.
...So I eat weed gummies every evening.
