Meantime Trump is prepared to collect more votes from Blacks and Hispanics than any Republican since Eisenhower. He's so racist they're going to assure his landslide victory.

Thought question. If the Left insists Trump's a racist but can't cite legislation or proposals that enforce his racist beliefs how does he promote or project the racism the Left claims he holds?

In other words, without specific racist laws or legislation, how does Trump execute his racist beliefs? What does he do to make his racism work?
