Receivers don't get any separation and until we get an OL that can block, Tom Brady couldn't win here.
And Satterfield. Bring in DK on 3rd and 6 when the best defense in the country knows exactly what is coming. Zero chance of getting the 1st down. Puzzling.
That was a real head scratcher. Take the ball out of your best offensive player's hands.
Has always been that way and always will be, creative play calling on both sides of the ball is the only way to have a chance against those kind of teams

Right...we DO have a qb with NFL arm talent (we will see about whether or not he can play in the NFL...but he definitely has that type of arm talent)....but in that situation -3rd and 6 early...with a little bit of a drive going on- we don't use the threat of Stogner, Bell, JuJu and Rattler? I mean....doing a short roll and having those 2 TEs find windows to sit in, and swing a RB to threaten space vs. defense isn't a tough, basic concept. No....we put in a guy who has nearly no threat of a throw and minimal snaps in at qb against the top defense in nation. Reminds me of the toss to the DL pass in the end zone last year.
Right...which is why an Air/Power Raid system guy or J. Chadwell or someone similar was an attractive option. Most of us knew what road we would be on. We aren't going to out-talent or out-coach 7-8 schools JUST in our conference. If we try to do the same concepts that they do...but with lesser players and coaches it is 100% destined to fail.
