Without googling, how many Alabama players have scored a TD in the super bowl?

I guess scoring would be based on crossing the goal line, so passing would not count (?)

I don't really have a clue. I'd guess

Joe Namath
That Raiders QB from the 70s
Julio Jones

If passes don't count I have no clue at all.

It’s a good trivia question, they the first three SB winning QBs were from Alabama.
the real question is, were the first 2 games Superbowl games or just Championship games?

"If possible, I believe we should 'coin a phrase' for the Championship Game," Hunt wrote, according to Michael MacCambridge's book, "America's Game." "I have kiddingly called it the 'Super Bowl,' which obviously can be improved upon."

Rozelle, according to former NFL publicity director Don Weiss, did not love the nickname. It's been reported that Rozelle would have called the game the Pro Bowl if that wasn't already the name of the league's all-star game.

"Pete was a pretty regular person, but he was a stickler on words and grammar, and 'super' was not his idea of a good word," Weiss said. "He thought 'super' was a word like 'neat' or 'gee-whiz.' It had no sophistication."

@Grant Green are you asking how many Bama players scored on a football field where a Super Bowl was played?

There may be many.
No. How many Alabama players have scored at TD in the super bowl. That means actually crossing the goal line, not passing for one.
The answer is just 1 and it was Jalen Hurts.

Well, technically, Alabama has never played in a Super Bowl. Former AL players have scored in them though.
