WNBA is hilarious. The drama far exceeds the basketball.
Only for some, others see the interactions now on par with the NBA and the perceived feuds an added attraction .
As for the play, there's a lot of people seeing the skill WNBA players possess and the women's game has improved immensely in the last couple of years because more and more girls are starting to play at an early age and developing their game so when they reach college they can play the game with skill .

Players are sleeping with execs in the NBA?
Can't say if that has happened.
Claiming it did, without proof it, would be a lie.
Guess you feel the NBA sets the standards.
You might be right 😇
But will say I know of a case of a NBA HC sleeping with the owner's daughter
and a current NBA HC having a relationship with the team service manage he was the HC of before getting the boot.
Then there was
  • Kobe Bryant was accused of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old hotel employee in Colorado.
  • Bryant admitted to the sexual encounter but maintained it was consensual.
  • The criminal charges were eventually dropped after the accuser declined to testify.
  • A civil suit was settled out of court

It’s a soap opera. Half of those girls girls are dating each other lol

They are world class athletes for women. I used to play with two Sparks all the time. One was all wnba. They’d get cooked by desk jockeys all game every game. Respect for what they do but they aren’t even close to world class athletes. Angel Reece is actually comical. She’s a horrendous basketball player. Crazy she gets paid to play that game.

The WNBA first started playing in 1997 while Women's Basketball at the College level first game was in 1892.
It did take a long time before Women's Basketball was accepted as a major sport but now it is becoming universally accepted by sports fans and now is one of the fastest growing sports that sports fans are attending or turning on their TV to see.

>Women’s college and professional basketball has tapped into a countercurrent to the political moment that seems to be trying to push women out of leadership and out of public life with its appeal to myths of women’s inferiority and inherent domesticity. The popularity of the WNBA suggests that, in reality, more and more people have begun to see and appreciate women’s strength, athleticism, and appeal.<

NY Liberty slapped pathetic Chicago around at Barclay's tonight. No Jonquel Jones, and Betnijah still out. Coco Gauff sat courtside, and got a big ovation. She said it was her 1st WNBA game. NY goes to 9-0!

Hopefully RU's Erica(Wheeler) has a great game for Seattle tonight. Game on @10. She has been playing great for her new team! Game is on ION.

Looks like On3 completed its transition moving over all of the former Rivals board content, so I merged the original WNBA season thread from Rivals and the new On3 thread so it’d all be in one place.

Erica with a good game for Seattle.
The Angel was out for Chicago, and they continue to be basically the worst team in the W.
The Caitlin also remains out with a groin injury, but, Indiana won.
