Wojo is from Baltimore so I wonder if he still has some contacts.

Didn't even know Buzz was considering leaving. I don't like him personally, but I think he's a good coach. Will be a big blow to VT if he does.

Pretty sure he's about to take the Texas A&M job. He's from that area apparently and they are making a massive offer. All that oil and football money has to go somewhere.

I hope Wojo stays where he is. I don't see Virginia Tech as a big step up for him at the moment, and I don't want any more former assistants in the conference, haha.

Marq has one of the biggest program budgets in country, VT is a step back.

VT has zero history and plays 2nd fiddle to UVA. VT's taunting in S16 was really disgusting, does Wojo want to coach kids like that?

He's got a nice job now and has started to build his own program. If I were him I'm not sure I would want to coach against Duke, Capal, Brey or Coach K even though it is in the ACC. OFC

True but if he can get his type of player he’ll do good. A lot of kids dream of playing in the ACC and don’t get the chance even though they’re good enough. nobody dreams of the big east anymore

I suspect, like all coaches, he could use that to get a pay raise at Marquette. Does anyone really believe Cal was serious about UCLA when he spoke to them? Nope, he used it to get a "lifetime" contract from Kensucky.

Coaching in ACC is better than what he has now for less pay...end of story in my mind...plus he is closer to home

I'd say stay at Marquette. I hate VT and wouldn't want to see him at that hole. But he will do what's best for him I'm sure. I really wish they would hire Dan Jockitch

I think it will and hope it happens. I believe we have a home and away game with VT on the ACC schedule next year. K vs Wojo 2 times during season would be fun to see.

I heard there fans were all douche bags so that’s something to consider. I’d love for him to be in the conf though but hate him having those type of fans
