They just don't have any depth. They don't even have a 5th starters let alone a 6th lady.

Lauren Douglas has been hurt all year. That is been huge. Very few women's teams are deep.

Any idea what happened to Douglas. In my opinion, she is the missing piece of the puzzle. Is there any chance she will be back this season? We desperately need a big girl who can play, although we have a couple coming in next season.
