i lived in Nebraska for for over 35 years have seen good and bad in Nebraska football. i understand the tradition of the huskers. i now live in NY. I do agree some changes in staff are needed but i loved frost as a player big heart do i think he is the future of this program i have to say no.all i see is if change is done now recruiting will slide some over the next 3 years with the new coaches putting in new scheme other question how many kids we have now do you think will leave?

I don't understand what you're really trying to get at, but when in doubt, just say Frost!!

As for players leaving, I'm not really sure. You won't see the same thing happening as when BoBo left (players not adapting). For the QB position, I don't really see anyone fitting the bill. Maybe Gebbia could run the Frost offense but I don't see POB doing so.

not trying to offend anyone i think frost might become good coach. but if we make changes now i see our team sliding down hill for more than just a few years not counting how many kids playing now might leave ?

That’s my point. Idiots here are saying “they haven’t seen enough”, “wait until after USF”, etc to make a determination on whether or not he’s a good coach (then proclaiming Campbell as a good candidate or desperately wanting a retread like Les Miles).

SF is a good coach now, his coaching abilities won’t all of a sudden change after a 3 hour game next week.

I'm simply amazed at the number of people who want to accept one of the worst coaches we have ever had because recruiting could suffer. Does anyone realize that recruiting isn't that much better now and SF is likely to be our best recruiter we have had in a lot of years? His first full year in the AAC he had the number 1 class there and right now he is third with a small class there and the highest ranked average. He'd probably be doing better if there wasn't so much speculation about him leaving.

Sliding further than Purdue, Rutgers and Indiana? we're a fingertip better than those three .. Can't slide much further my friend.
