West Virginia did add a walk-on punter. He is highly regarded but keep in mind that the kicking camps rank a lot of guys really high so it's not the same as being a five-star QB, RB, etc. Don't get me wrong these are important additions and could be a great one for WVU down the road.

They were going after Devin Richardson who was a Freshman All American at New Mexico State

If they could bring him in it would be a big boost.
Good size LB

But there is a chance they like what they see from Washington who moved from WR.

LB position is very thin for WVU. Will not be able to sustain an injury to anyone.
