Worlde is a fine escape to pass some time while sitting on a plane, or on the throne.

However it is a flawed. IMO, a game should be winnable in any scenario if the player is good enough. But I could be capable of identifying every single possible word with the available letters left in the board and still not win if I don’t happen to “guess” the right answer within 6 tries. I’ve had the puzzle solved down to 2 letters remaining within 2 tries several times, and then entered words using different combinations of the remaining letters with the last 4 tries and still “lost” only because there were still more possible answers. Lame.

That’s an error in your previous choices. Every game is winnable.

Sometimes the vowel place won't necessarily help but I'm really looking to find out which vowels are in the word and not just the placement of them. It just works better for me that way. Give it a try and see if it works for you.

Also, I have the knockoff wordle app and I can play it as much as I want, so I get plenty of practice.

If by error you mean happened to blindly guess wrong using available letters and forming legitimate words, then yeah, I guess so.
So in this scenario that you say you’ve gotten all but two letters in two tries and is “unwinnable”, are you using the letters you know are correct in the next guesses?

In my rotation
Wordle
Oodle
Byrdle
Time Square
Nerdle
Quordle
Globle
Worldle
Heardle

I usually knock all of these out between getting ready for work and the kids getting ready for school

and when I have time
Octordle
Sedecordle
Duotrigordle

I tried Poetl and WARdle, but I’m not as up to date on players as I thought I was.

Why do people feel compelled to report their results on social media? Do we really care?
This thinking says more about you than the person that reports it.

Crazy how is kicked off all sorts of games. It's the Die Hard of Internet games. There's Wordle for Math. Wordle for geography. Wordle for songs, movies, chemistry, you name it.

Wordle is easy enough that I usually get it, >98%. Mostly in 4 tries. I have hit 2 three times, obviously due to a lot of luck. I like to try use a word with a different beginning letter for variety. I can do quordle but most of the time, I just don’t want to think that hard.

Once you get past Octordle, the rest are actually somewhat easier, but time consuming. You get a chance to use almost all the letters at some point and then it becomes an unscrambling game.

I got it in one try once. I just entered the word "Space". I did it solely based on common consonants plus two vowels. Total luck.

I keep playing despite losing some because I want that "1" to remain just like George Costanzas high score in Frogger. And like George , if I didn't have that..I'd have nothing
